Vault Professional Server Install

• Vault Professional Server Install no longer fails to install if database collation has no corresponding "case-sensitive" equivalency.
• Vault Professional Server Install can now run the custom configuration application on Windows 8 with only .NET 4.5.
• Upgrades of Vault Professional will also upgrade an existing Shadow Folder web.config file to .NET 4.0 format.

Vault Professional Server

• Addressed synchronization issue where Vault Professional Server may send out incorrect values within email notifications generated from batch edit changes of three or more work items.
• Corrected security right access when viewing change set information on repository's root folder and permissions denied in a sub-folder.
• Fixed 'Index was outside the bounds of the array' error when viewing 'Email Settings' on systems configured to use a 24-hour clock.

Vault Professional Client Install

• Vault Professional Client Install can now run the custom configuration application on systems with only .NET 4.0 or higher.

Vault Professional GUI Client

• Corrected issue when when viewing a work item from within change set comments from within the details of History Explorer.
• Fixed problem where a Work Item Tracking notification would not display the Work Item Tracking URL if the server configuration was not configured with "http://."
